When the SMTP timeout errors occur, this will require some additional background configuration to be carried out.
This will be done by the Coins Tech team and will be requested by the support engineers working on the support case.
Resolving SMTP timeout errors when sending emails
When sending emails as part of a report run from within Coins ERP+, sometimes the report will finish with a status of Complete (with errors). On checking the report log: An SMTP timeout error is seen: SMTP server time out error
