HMRC Workbench Access - Payroll

When I click the tax reference in HMRC Workbench in the 'Global Functions' section, it comes up with the error: Invalid period type '{pd_type}'. [PR771].

Please check you have access to functions %WPR730SSTE and %WPR1730HSTE

To check that:

  1. Click the user record in System

  2. Select User Workbench

  3. Go to the System tab and select User Function Access.

  4. From there, you can select the function and grant permission.

Note: If you do not have access to the User Workbench, then your systems administrator should do this for you.
