Unable to view documents in the Document Management card view

I cannot view documents in Card View. When I open card view in document management, I get the error 'incompatible datatypes found during runtime conversion (5729)'

To fix this error, you should amend the user's function access following the steps below:

  1. Go to System

  2. Go to user maintenance

  3. Select user workbench so that the user has direct access to function %WDM9300DUD (My Documents) as opposed to access being granted via a group

Here, you can give direct access to the function %WDM9300DUD (My Documents) as opposed to access being granted via a group.
