It is possible to change the position and the refresh frequency of those messages with 2 parameters: SY/INFOPOS and SY/USERINFO.
If INFOPOS is not set, the position defaults to a value of "bottom, 5", that is, 5 pixels in/up from the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
USERINFO takes a value in seconds and should not be set below 60, as this can have a negative impact on system performance.
