Working with the certificate below as an example: the certificate is stamped with a billing type of Authenticated Receipt.
When a BACS is created, the system only supports Billing Types of Invoicing and Self-Billing. Therefore, it is expected that the above certificate is not being picked up during BACS creation, as it is not associated with either of these Billing Types.
This is due to the SC/ALWBTYPE parameter, which is set to I (Invoicing) and S (Self-Billing) only.
Add A (Authenticated receipt) to the SC/ALWBTYPE parameter, so certificates that have this billing type are picked up when creating the BACS.
