Employee email address used to send payroll documents

How to change the default email address used to send payroll documents, such as payslips, to employees when processing payroll?

To change the default email address used to send payroll documents when processing payroll, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Payroll

  2. Select Employee Maintenance.

  3. Click the link for the employee you wish to change the email default.

  4. Under Employee Details, go to the Other tab.

  5. Click Open on the folder icon to go to Edit mode

  6. In the Secure Document Email Fields section shown below, enter the new email address in the Email field
