Locate the Standard Cost Type associated with the Cost Type being used on the affected job
Access the Standard Cost Type configuration
Change the status from closed to open/active
Ensure that data synchronisation occurs between the main system and the mobile application
Allow sufficient time for the data refresh to complete
Test time submission functionality in mCDR
Confirm that users can now proceed without encountering the error.
Note: This issue typically resolves immediately once the Standard Cost Type is reopened and the mobile data is refreshed
