Resetting Mobile Tech User Login Credentials in ERP+

US Service User is unable to log into Mobile Tech. User requires assistance to regain access to the Mobile Tech app.

To solve this:

  1. Log in to the ERP+ system with appropriate administrative credentials.

  2. Navigate to System

  3. Click User Maintenance

  4. Go to User Workbench.

  5. Search for the affected user.

  6. Reset Password by selecting the user account

  7. Click the right-hand arrow beside Set User Password and set a new password for the user.

  8. Communicate the new password to the user securely.

  9. Check if the account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts.

  10. If locked, click Open and uncheck Account Locked.

  11. Instruct the user to log in to the Mobile Tech app using:

    • Username: same as before

    • New password provided
