We are committed to continuously improving our services to better meet your needs. As part of this ongoing commitment, we are excited to announce a new Maintenance Updates process replacing Service Packs beginning with Coins ERP+ v12.04.
Instead of waiting on monthly Service Packs and having to initiate installation, new Maintenance Updates will be automatically installed on your Coins system every two weeks.
Maintenance Updates are similar to Service Packs, but smaller and more frequent. They reduce security risks to better protect your business and allow us to offer fixes faster through a regular, consistent cycle. As a result, troubleshooting and issue resolution become quicker and easier for everyone involved.
Smaller, more frequent Maintenance Updates also eliminate the need for you to test extensively, giving you time back in your day to focus on your business.
