Click on the user icon

or your username to open the user menu.

Click to log out of the system.

Click to open the User Preferences window. Here you can amend your personal data and change your preferred language and time zone. If you have access to Expenses, you can also set your favourite expense types and delegate approval.

Click to view your notifications. You will see notifications from all your modules, regardless of which one you have open. Click the

button to open Notification Preferences, where you can customise your notifications. See the module-specific guides for more details.

Click to view:

  • Authentication Log - See if anyone else logged into your account and when - showing IP address, time and browser.

  • Setup – Set a new password or login with Microsoft AAD if your account is linked.

  • Apps & Roles – View each app you have access to and which roles you have been assigned within each of them.

  • User Groups – View the list of user groups you have been added to.

Click to open the help portal, where you can read in further detail about each module.

Click to change your password (quicker than going through Security).

Click to open the Ping Log to view the strength of your internet connection compared to how long it took to process the request on the cloud.

Click to add or change your profile picture, by either clicking the current picture and choosing a picture from File Explorer or dragging and dropping the photo into the box that appears.

Click on the Sounds button to toggle the sound between On and Off.
