If you have forgotten your username or password, both can be recovered from either the web or mobile login screens.
Resetting your Password
From the web login screen:
Click the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link next to the
button.
Enter your username, then click
.
Alternatively, from the mobile login screen:
Tap the ‘Forgot Password?’ link above the
button.
Enter your username, then tap
.
After completing these steps from either web or mobile, you will receive an email from CCC containing a link to reset your password.
Click the
link to open a webpage where you can set a new password. Note that the link expires after 15 minutes. If it has expired, you will instead be sent to the login screen and you will need to repeat steps 1-2 to get a new link.
Enter a new password, meeting all four of the listed criteria, then click
to confirm. You can now login with your new password.
Recovering your Username
From the web login screen:
Click the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link next to the
button.
Click the ‘Forgotten User Name?’ link next to the
button.
Enter the email address linked to your account, then click
.
Alternatively, from the mobile login screen:
Tap the ‘Forgot Password?’ link above the
button.
Tap the ‘Forgotten User Name?’ link below the
button.
Enter the email address linked to your account, then click
.
After completing these steps from either web or mobile, you will receive an email from CCC containing a list of the usernames of every account associated with your email address.
