A Require Start and Stop Time field is available for update in the Portal User layout of the General tab in Payroll > Employee Maintenance (as shown in Require Start and Stop Time) when a value is set in ESS Timesheets Input Group. It does not appear if the value is blank, as shown in Require Start and Stop Time (not shown).
