This article explains how to allow user A to open attached PL invoice images if they have been created by user B who has higher access levels.
PL clerk ‘A’ needs to auto open and view an invoice image entered and but cannot do so if it was posted by another PL clerk with higher permissions (PL clerk ‘B’). Is the only way to remedy this is by increasing permissions on PL clerk ‘A’?
At present they can only view the invoice by clicking on the paperclip icon which is more time consuming and less effective when entering.
Possible solution: It is likely-User group security if user B tries to amend a batch created by user A the following rules apply: 1.- user B needs to belong to the same primary group as user A 2.- user B needs to have the same security access as user A or higher 3.- if both users have the same security access them company parameter EQACCESS must be set to Y
