This process demonstrates how to generate multiple Financial statements together which is called a Report Pack. Report packs allows us to generate multiple selected reports in one pdf, it also generates each report separately.
Go to GL -> REPORTS -> CONFIGURABLE GL REPORTER. Hyperlink into the reports one at a time that you want to include in the report pack.

In the MAIN tab choose the fiscal period, in the TOKENS tab choose the division, and in the OUTPUT OPTIONS tab “Save” it and click NEXT.

Using the open folder, open the statements that you want to include in the report pack, check the “Pack” box and select the financial period you want to run it for. Save it.

Go to Systems -> System Setup -> Report packs, or just simply type in and search for Report pack in the tree menu. Select Add.

Create a Pack and hyperlink in.

Select the reports that you want to add in this report pack and save.

Hit RUN to generate the reports. Select the date and click NEXT.

All the reports will be generated individually as well as collectively in one document as you can see in the report status.
