You can ask Tech to increase the Apache timeout on the server and/or increase SY parameter WEBPTO. Note: Which ever value is exceeded first defines the error message that the user gets. The more 'user friendly error is the WEBPTO exceeded one so we suggest WEBPTO set with a value lower than Apache timeout. E.g. set Apache as 180 seconds and WEBPTO as 170 seconds.
How to allow more time for processes to run.
Sometimes processes such as material enquiry take a long while to read the PO table and as a result certain background parameters are exceed throwing an error.
