Setting and changes of statuses can trigger calculations, workflows and print jobs. Statuses are sequenced first to last, and you can move to the next status. You can also define alternative next statuses that are allowed.
When creating a new form on a mobile app, the initial status can be selected from any flagged as Mobile.
Sequence
The position in the sequence of statuses. Default is COMPLETE.
Status
The current status of the mobile form. Status codes are user-defined.
Description
Description of the status.
Read Only
Prevent update on mobile device while in this status. This would be the final status. For any statuses with this not enabled, the form is still editable on the mobile app.
Mobile
If ticked, this status can be set by the mobile app.
Alternative Next Statuses
Alternative status to the next in sequence.
No Launch
If this is ticked, workflows will not be launched on moving to this status. This allows the workflow actions to be vetted/approved before kicking off.
