You can create an event to record the meter readings.
To create the event use the following steps:
Go to HBCRM>Setup>Plot Sales>Sales Workbench Events
Click the 'Add' button to add a new event
Enter the code for the event and select the System Event Code 'Meter - Record Meter Readings'. Enter a Short Description and Full Description.
Save the record.
When you run the event against a plot, you will see a set of fields where you can record the Meter Readings.
The HS parameter METTEXT can be set to allow Meter Readings to be entered in free text format or as decimal format.
There is also a standard report under HBCRM>Reports called Meter Reading Report which allows you to report on the details of Meter Readings for completed plots.
