Show on Release List will indicates whether this plot should be included in the release list. Also please note the plot still has to be released for it to be shown.
This can be ticked by going under VAP> Development Maintenance and then choosing the Development and Plot. You should able to see the Show on Release List tick box under the Details tab as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can also update this under HB CRM> Sales> Sales Workbench and then choose the Development and Plot and you should then be able to update the tickbox under the Plots tab.
