You can enable specific cost heads for individual plots by navigating to VAP > Development Maintenance, selecting the Specification tab and then assigning the associated cost heads for the plot from there.
You can also update the Cost Heads from the Cost Head tab for the Plot under Development Maintenance in VAP.
