Navigate to HR Module > Competence Menu > Job Groups.
Since Job Titles belong to Job Groups, select the relevant Job Group first.
The Job Title Detail screen is displayed and immediately shows you the amount of people with a given job title and how many are ‘valid’ in terms of competencies associated with the Job Title.
Clicking the
against a Job Title will present three tabs.
Job details tab – Description details of the Job Type are held here.
Personnel with job title tab – A list of all employees with that Job Title.
Competence Reqts tab – A list of competencies currently assigned to the Job Title.
In the example below, there are no competences against the Job Title.

When you click the lookup menu button against the Competency Reqt field to select a competency, a list of available competencies will appear for selection.
Remember: As soon as a competence is added, the expectation (or ‘Requirement’) is immediate for all employees with that Job Title. To view all employees with the Job Title, just click the adjacent tab (Personnel with Job Title).
