Some useful HR system parameters are listed below for configuration purposes.
HR/EXPQUALS - Qualifications which must have expiry dates entered
A list of qualification codes for which there an expiry date must always be entered.
HR/RQCEXPDY - Reqd status x days before course expiry
The number of days prior to a course/assessment expiry date that a required training/assessment record is generated.
HR/TRIGNARC - Ignore archived training/assessments when checking competencies
If set to Y, archived training courses/assessments are ignored when checking competence requirements.
