Employee Self Service
Employee Self Service was developed by COINS to allow employees to take care of many different tasks that would otherwise require direct communication with either Human Resources or a manager. Employee Self Service helps save time and money through increased efficiencies.
The COINS Employee Self Service module allows employees to view:
Personal Information including Contact Info with the ability to initiate changes to address and direct deposit information
Payroll History, including viewing and printing payslips
Leave Balances and History, including submitting requests for Leave with approvals and recording other absences
Employee Directory
Team Calendars
Manager approval of requests
