Customer Request:
12.05 There is a new process/screen for adding Reservations to plots.
This is quite different from how we do things at the moment. Is there a way to continue with the old way or is this screen now the only way to make reservations from 12.03 onwards? Just wanted to see what (if any) options we have on this.
Solution:
The User Interface has been changed for the newer versions when it comes to Reservations among other modules and functions, therefor it is not possible to bring back the older screen.
You need to use from HB CRM > Sales Workbench (Going into the required dev and plot)
The NEW RESERVATION button, or if it’s already started CONTINUE RESERVATION
