Customer Request:
User has informed that when a new prospect is added using quick add she can only enter the propects title using the drop down options which are too limited. She has asked if the options can be expanded e.g. to include say Dr or if the drop down can be removed and the field be a free format field so the user can input whatever they want. I have attached a screen shot to show where this is happening.
Solution
Please go to Procurement -> Setup -> People Information System -> Titles and add the titles there
Alternatively - Lettings Management -> Setup -> Titles and Add the title you want.
