Security settings determine whose calendars are visible on Team Calendars and whose directory information is visible in the Employee Directory.
Team Calendars (Who’s Off)
The Employee Self Service parameter ESSOFFSEC controls Team Calendar security. Teams are determined by using the field values stored in the ESSOFFSEC parameter. The employee and Team members belong to the same company, department, location, etc. as the selected values in ESSOFFSEC.
In addition, personnel security is included when determining who is visible on a team calendar.

Employee Directory
The On Phone List field located on the Other tab of the Personnel Workbench must be ticked in order for employees to be shown on the phone list.
