Security - Single Sign-On - Single Sign-On using Microsoft

Updated over 2 months ago

If your Coins ERP+ system is set up to use Azure Active Directory for single sign-on, you can log in to Coins ERP+ using your Microsoft account, and if you are already logged in to your Microsoft account, you can go straight in to Coins ERP+ without having to log in separately.

If you are not logged in to your Microsoft account

  1. Go to the Coins ERP+ log in screen.

You will see a Log in with Microsoft button.

  2. Click the button.

  3. Choose which Microsoft account you want to use for authentication. This must be the account that is associated with your Coins ERP+ user ID.

    Pick an Account Screen

  4. Enter the password for your Microsoft account.

    Enter Password

If Two-Factor Authentication has been set up on your Microsoft account, you will also have to enter the passcode.

The first time you do this, you may be prompted to give permission to use your Microsoft credentials to log in to Coins ERP+.

    Request for Permission

    If so, click Accept.

You are then taken to your Coins ERP+ desktop or home page.

This also logs you in to your Microsoft account, so you can use any other apps associated with that account, without having to log in again.

If you are already logged in to your Microsoft account

  1. Go to the Coins ERP+ log in screen.

  2. Click the Log in with Microsoft button.

You are taken directly to your Coins ERP+ desktop or home page.
