The following errors may occur during login; here's what to do about them.
reCAPTCHA verify failed:timeout-or-duplicate
This occurs if the user navigates to the login page and waits more than two minutes before attempting to log in, or submits a duplicate login request.
Refresh the page and try again.
reCAPTCHA Error : Invalid site key or not loaded in api.js
This occurs if Coins ERP+ is not configured with the correct site key. You will need to log in to Coins ERP+ using COINSplus, and set the SY parameter RECAPKEY to the correct key.
reCAPTCHA verify failed:invalid-input-secret
This occurs if Coins ERP+ is not configured with the correct secret key. You will need to log in to Coins ERP+ using COINSplus, and set the SY parameter RECAPSEC to the correct key.
reCAPTCHA RECAPMARK parameter has invalid characters
This occurs if the watermark is not a valid characater. You will need to log in to Coins ERP+ using COINSplus, and set the SY parameter RECAPMRK to a decimal value between 0 and 1.0.
