The Warm and Hot tile is part of the Site Sales Desktop. We advise that you use the latest version of the Desktop which is %WHS5650DTOP, this is Site Sales Desktop V4 at present. This function should be added to your user profile under the preferences tab.
The Warm and Hot tiles are linked to the Level of Interest for a Prospect as per the Prospect Detail tab:
This field is controlled by the House Sales Parameter LOISCORE (Link Level of Interest to Lead Score). When this parameter is set to N then the Level of Interest field is available.
In order to configure the Warm and Hot Tiles there is some configuration which needs to be checked and setup.
Under System/Semantic Layer/Parameters, the following parameters need to be set:
%HSHVIHOTLOI (Hot Prospect Level of Interest), this parameter should be set to a value based on the Level of Interest which is configured under HBCRM/Setup/Prospects. The value for the parameter must be the Code that is set against the Level of Interest which is considered the highest level e.g. Hot.
%HSHVIWARMLOI (Warm Prospect Level of Interest), this parameter should be set to a value based on the Level of Interest which is configured under HBCRM/Setup/Prospects. The value for the parameter must be the Code that is set against the Level of Interest which is considered the second highest level e.g. Warm.
Once the above has been configured the Warm and Hot Tiles should have values if any Prospect match the criteria set.
It is worth noting that if the Tiles do not show any values then the Initialise Prospect Summaries admin process should be run. This can be found under the Site Sales Desktop/Sales Admin/Setup:
