The MyAccess Portal provides a new way to get help, including the 24/7 Access Digital Assistant.
Start a request in the Access Digital Assistant.
Select the option that you require:
If you need contract related help, for example: billing enquiries or help with your account, click on

If you need help using our products, for example: troubleshooting or product configuration, click on
and then select Access Coins from the product list
Ask a question in the Access Digital Assistant.
If you cannot find what you need, ask to speak to a human agent.
The support team will create a ticket as needed.
