We have released a brand new and improved way to get help. It all starts with the MyAccess Portal and the new 24/7 Digital Assistant.
Initiate a request with the Digital Assistant.
Choose select a product...
...choose Coins from the list and you will have access to the support chat.
Ask a question of the Digital Assistant
Not finding what you need? Ask to speak to a human agent.
Tickets will then be created as needed by the Support team.
