Access Coins Ideas Portal

The Ideas Portal is an Aha! product designed for you to submit your ideas for development consideration and to share any changing trends in your industry that may affect your business needs and usage of Access Coins products.

In addition to submitting your own ideas, Aha! users will have the opportunity to see and vote on reviewed ideas entered by other users. The goal is to have current insight into Access Coins clients’ needs & values, contributing to our future development roadmap.

Accounts have been created for key Access Coins users. You will receive your credentials via an email, which contains a link to set up your account. Please check your junk folder for the auto-generated email coming from [email protected].

What do I need to use the Aha Ideas Portal?

Accounts have been created for key Access Coins users. You will

receive your credentials via an email, which contains a link to set-up

your account.

What if I don’t have an account created?

If you don’t have an account then speak to the Coins administrator in

your organisation who can raise a support ticket through the

Customer Support Portal requesting a new Ideas Portal account for

you.

What type of ideas should be submitted via the Ideas portal?

An idea could be a product enhancement, or it may be a new set of

features and functions to solve a business need. We want to know

what would make the product better for you and the wider Access

Coins community.

Can I submit more than one idea?

Yes, but please make sure that each idea is submitted individually

and not as a combined suggestion.

What happens to my idea once it is submitted?

When you submit your idea, it will be routed to the appropriate

Product Management (PM) team for review. The idea will be visible to

you and Access Coins, but it will not be open for general client voting

until the PMs review and release it to the client base for voting.

How quickly will I hear back once I’ve submitted an idea?

We will review submissions within 45 days. The PM team may require

additional information or feedback as we consider your idea.

How do I vote for or comment on an idea?

You will see and can vote on ideas you personally entered

immediately. Ideas from other clients will also be available after the

PM teams review the idea and its viability for development. You can

click on any idea to see the Vote and Comment options. The more

votes an idea has, the more likely it will be considered for our

Product Roadmap.

What happens if someone else has the same idea?

If your idea has already been logged by another client, the PM review

teams will select a “primary” idea to use and merge the ideas. Votes

for an idea that was merged into a duplicate idea will be moved to

the selected “primary” idea. A notification email will be sent if you

have notifications turned on in Aha.

How will I know about the progress of my idea?

You will automatically receive an email notification when the status

of your idea changes and when new comments are added.

Which ideas are accepted for the development?

The product management team decides whether the idea aligns with

the product’s strategy and roadmap. Our goal is to identify ideas that

appeal to a substantial proportion of our customer base, address the

wider market needs and have the greatest impact.
