Do not go to the App Store. Unlike the live app, neither of these apps can be obtained directly from the App Store. They must be downloaded from TestFlight.
This guide covers how to install non-live Coins POP Apps on iOS. Coins RC (Release Candidate) contains both customer-facing, non-live test environments in one app.
Installing the App
First, enter the relevant URL listed below to open the join page of the environment you are going to be using.

If you already have TestFlight installed on your device, proceed to step 4. If you do not have TestFlight installed, tap the “View in App Store” link to view it in the App Store.
Tap the download button to download the TestFlight app.
Once TestFlight is installed, return to the link from step 1 and tap the “Start Testing” link.
Tap “Continue” on the Welcome to TestFlight page.
The apps available for you to test are displayed on the Apps page. Tap the Coins app you wish to download, then tap “Install”.
When the installation is complete, the “Install” button will change to an “Open” button. Tap “Open” to open the app.

Changing Testing Track
To change testing track on iOS, delete the current Coins app version you have been using and repeat the process from the Installing the App section. Make sure to follow the link to the new track you wish to use before step 1.
Logging In
The login process is the same across all environments (UAT, live, etc.) but you will need separate login credentials for each environment. Once your account has been setup, you will receive an invitation email from Coins.
Activating Your Account
To activate your account, open the invitation email and click the ‘Activate Your Account’ link.
The link expires after 24 hours. If it has already expired, you can either request a new email from your administrator or use the forgotten password feature to activate your account.
To use the forgotten password feature:
Open the Coins app, select ‘Sign in with Coins’, then tap the ‘Forgot password?’ link below the login button.
Enter your username and tap the ‘Request’ button.
Open the password reset email and click the ‘Reset Your Password’ link to set a password and activate your account.
Signing in with Coins
Open the Coins app and enter your Coins credentials beneath where it says ‘Sign in with Coins’.
Tap ‘SIGN IN’.
Signing in with Microsoft
Open the Coins app and select ‘Sign in with Microsoft’.
Enter the email address linked to your Coins account and tap ‘Next’.
Enter your Microsoft password and tap ‘Sign in’.
If this is your first time signing in to Coins with Microsoft, you will receive a confirmation email. Open the email and click the ‘Accept’ link to confirm.
