Coins ERP+ Expenses - Introduction

Limited Expense processing functionality has been provided in Coins ERP+, replacing functionality that was available in COINSplus. This covers:

  • Maintenance of bank account details (to cover those not paid through Payroll)

  • Input, validation and posting of claims.

  • Payment by BACS or cheque.

  • Payment posting.

  • Configuration and set up of claim items.

More extensive functionality is available in the new Coins ERP+ Construction Cloud Expenses application, including rule-based validation of expense claims.
