Feed is your centralised hub for managing tasks, notifications and updates across all your Access products.

Feed automatically manages your priorities to keep you focused on what matters most, and with the ability to action your tasks directly within Feed without needing to switch between applications, the time it takes to complete your tasks is also significantly less.

It provides a simple, curated, and actionable list that keeps you informed and productive wherever you are.

How to access Feed

Select the Access Button then select Feed.

  • All your notifications will appear in Feed.

Key Features of Feed

  1. Essential Prioritization

    AI-powered Essential feature intelligently prioritizes your most important items, displaying your top 3 critical tasks whenever you open Feed. This at-a-glance view helps you focus on what matters most, reducing time to action across all your devices.

  2. Deep Links

    Each feed item can contain direct links to the relevant part of its originating product. One click takes you exactly where you need to go to view more information or complete tasks.

  3. Copilot Integration

    Start AI-assisted conversations around specific tasks using the Copilot integration:

    • Get intelligent suggestions related to your feed items

    • Receive assistance with associated tasks

    • Benefit from product plugins that provide additional context and information

  4. Notification Badges

    Evo Feed alerts you to new items with a badge notification. This badge automatically disappears once you navigate to your Feed, helping you stay on top of new activities.

    The badge first appears on the Access button.

    When you expand the menu, the badge will be shown on the Feed menu.

    Easily sort and find relevant notifications using the product filter feature.

  6. Archiving Items

    Archiving allows you to remove individual Feed items from your main Feed and Essentials view, helping maintain a clean and focused space for task management.

    Archiving helps reduce visual noise and prioritise whatโ€™s important, supporting a task-list style workflow.

    To archive a Feed item:

    • Open Feed.

    • Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the Feed item.

    • Select Archive.

    • The item will be removed from the main Feed view.

    You can access your archive feeds at any time if you need to reference previous notifications.

    Archived items are not deleted and can be restored at any time via the Archive tab.

    To restore an archive a Feed item:

    • Open Feed.

    • Select the Archive tab.

    • Select the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the Feed item.

    • Select Restore to Feed.
