This section explains how to set up the HS Desktops in COINS.
The Sales Desktop lets Sales Advisers/Users/Administrators ETC use prospect and Sales Desktop tiles.
The Company Desktop gives an overview of all sales and prospects for all developments within one KCO (Company).
The Customer Care desktop displays an overview of all Calls issues and tasks.
The following configuration needs to be done before the Desktop is to be set up in Coins ERP+
There are two licences that are required, which allows the Desktops to function. This will need to be purchased by the customer (Please speak to the Project Manager or Client Engagement team to give the customer a quote and get this implemented).
Progress Licence.
Complier Licence.
Once the Customer has purchased the licence it then needs to be installed β the project Manager will be able to do this.
Once the licences have been bought and installed by support you can continue installing the Sales Desktop, Company Desktop and/or Customer Care desktop.
