The page banner appears at the top of the Coins ERP+ page.

From the page banner you can:
change to a different company
run other Coins ERP+ products
open and close the side menu
search for information in Coins ERP+
switch between your Desktop and a Coins ERP+ function screen
restore minimised frames
run Report Status to see reports and files
access the user menu
see your outstanding Actions
Menu Button
The Show/Hide Menu button opens and closes the side menu.

Desktop Button and Minimised Frames
The Desktop button lets you switch between a function in the main area and your Coins ERP+ Desktop.

If you have minimised frames, an indicator shows how many there are.
An indicator shows if you have minimised frames.
The minimised frames show when you move the mouse pointer over the Desktop icon, and you can close, restore or maximise them.
Product Selector

Configuration
The product selector – if it is enabled – lets you launch other Coins ERP+ products.
This is only available in the v12.02 style.
Company Selector
A company selector in the header area of the desktop lets you change to a different Coins ERP+ company (if you have access to more than one company).

Global Search
The Global Search lets you find records in Coins ERP+ by typing part of the name or description, or other information (such as part of an address). It also lets you find and run Coins ERP+ functions.
Report Status

The Report Status icon
shows two indicators:
The number of your reports that are currently generating is shown in a red circle.
The number of your unread reports is shown in a circle of the theme colour.
If you have reports that are unread, the Report Status icon shows a red indicator:
If you move the mouse pointer over the icon, a popup lists recent reports.

Click the icon to open Report Status.
Account Name and Image
The page header shows your user name (or user ID) and an image to represent your account.
It also gives access to a menu of other options.

Outstanding Actions Indicator
If you have any outstanding activities assigned to you, your profile picture shows an indicator.

To show the outstanding activities in a popup menu, do one of the following, depending on which skin you are using:
Legacy style: Move the mouse pointer over your account image, then over Activity Workbench in the User menu.
v12.02 style: Click your account image, then move the mouse pointer over Activity Workbench in the User menu.
