Coins provides licence changes in the form of a CSV file. Use the Load Licence function in Coins ERP+ to validate and apply updates to your licence.

In Coins ERP+, go to System &gt; System Setup &gt; Module/Licence Maintenance.

Click the Load Licence tab to reach the Load Licence screen, as shown below.

Click the Choose File button to find and select the CSV file.

Click Next. Coins ERP+ first validates the licence.

- If the licence is invalid, an appropriate message is displayed and the licence is not saved.
- If the licence validates correctly, Coins ERP+ prompts you to confirm that you want to load the licence.
   


1. Save the CSV file on your computer.
2. In Coins ERP+, go to System &gt; System Setup &gt; Module/Licence Maintenance.

3. Click the Load Licence tab to reach the Load Licence screen, as shown below.

4. Click the Choose File button to find and select the CSV file.

 Choose the correct CSV file
5. Click Next. Coins ERP+ first validates the licence.
 - If the licence is invalid, an appropriate message is displayed and the licence is not saved.
 - If the licence validates correctly, Coins ERP+ prompts you to confirm that you want to load the licence.
 

6. Click OK to confirm.
 The licence details are updated.
