The ability for users to enter CVRs using the At Completion or To Complete method could previously only be done at the Contract level of the CVR Models.
Users can use a Cost CVR View in their CVR Models to select an input method of At Complete, To Complete, or Percent Complete for each Cost Code/Category combination.

The CV parameter below was added to specify the page section containing user-defined fields to be available on the Cost Forecast browse.

The following Significant Items are available for the CVR Model:

If there is at least one updateable Cost Forecast View defined in a CVR Model, the following validations are applied to the Forecast at Completion group of CVR Items:
Cost Items must be at the Cost Code Level with Category Split or at Cost Code – Category Level (if parameter JC/USECCCAT is not set or set to blank (-Not Used)).
Items must be either an RSP Field type or a Manual Input type.
The Breakdown flag must be unticked on the Item (this allows direct input into the Cost Forecast View).
If any of the above validations are not satisfied, the Model record cannot be saved. Also, a validation error message appears, which points to any invalid Items so that users can quickly fix issues.
