Activity Workbench – Different Views

The Activity Workbench has different ways to see appointments and tasks. Use the buttons at the tops of the screen to switch between them.

Diary View

The Diary view of the Activity Workbench shows your appointments and tasks.

  • To switch between daily, weekly and monthly views of your appointments, use the buttons.

  • To change the view to show a different day, use the button.

  • To jump quickly to the day, week or month that includes today, click.

  • To show the next or previous day, week or month, use the buttons.

Appointments View

The Appointments view shows your appointments in a standard Coins ERP+ browse. Past appointments that are not marked as complete are shown in red.

Tasks View

The Tasks view shows your tasks in a standard Coins ERP+ browse. Overdue tasks that are not marked as complete are shown in red.

Team View

The Team view shows the appointments of members of your team. Initials before the description of the appointment show which team member it’s for. To choose which members are shown, click their names in the panel at the right. Team members who are included have a highlight next to their name. If you have a large team, you can search for individual members using the search box above the name list.

Team Name List

  • To switch between daily, weekly and monthly views of your team’s appointments, use the buttons.

  • To show each team member’s appointments for a day in separate columns, click.

  • To change the view to show a different day, use the button.

  • To jump quickly to the day, week or month that includes today, click.

  • To show the next or previous day, week or month, use the buttons.
