Overview
Service reports can use email templates for both subject and body, using the SE/EMAILSRT parameter.
Configuration
Create a New Email Template
Navigate to System > Email Templates.
Email Templates
Select Add to create a new template.
Select SE Visit in the Type field.
Design the email subject and body.
Save the new email template.
Configure the SE/EMAILSRT parameter
Navigate to Service Management > SE Parameters.
Locate parameter SE/EMAILSRT - Email Template for Individual Visit Service.
Reference your template in the parameter.
Save your changes.
