Location Asset Belts and Filters

Overview

The Belts and Filters tabs in Location Assets allows comprehensive tracking for up to four belts and four filters per asset.

Asset Type Configuration

  1. Navigate to Service Management > Global Setup > Asset Types.

  2. Select an existing asset type record to edit or use the Add button to create a new asset type record.

  3. Tick the Uses Belts and/or Uses Filters checkbox(es) to control whether the Belts and Filters tabs appear for assets of that record type.

Accessing Belts and Filters

  1. Navigate to Service Management > Global Setup > Asset Belt Sizes, Asset Belt Types, Asset Filter MERV Rating, Asset Filter Sizes, and Asset Filter Types.

    Your Administrator will need to update function security to access the new lookup tables.

  2. Navigate to Service Management > Locations > Location Assets > Asset Details.

  3. Look for the Belts and Filters tabs.

    Belts and Filters tabs only appear if the asset type is configured to use belts or filters.

    After the Coins ERP+ v12.05 upgrade, any manually entered content for belts and filters is automatically moved to the corresponding Notes field.

  4. Select Open to add or edit Belt or Filter information.

Belts Tab

Type - Belt type from lookup table (Validated)

Size - Belt size from lookup table (Validated)

Quantity - Number of this type/size (Not Validated)

Belt Location - Where the belt is located (Not Validated)

Notes - Additional information (Not Validated)

Filters Tab

Type - Filter type from lookup table (Validated)

Size - Filter size from lookup table (Validated)

Quantity - Number of this type/size (Not Validated)

MERV Rating - MERV rating from lookup table (Validated)

Filter Location - Where the filter is located (Not Validated)

Notes - Additional information (Not Validated)
