Prerequisites
Multi-analysis must be enabled on your material order.
Workshop module must be enabled in your system.
Job Cards must exist.
Users must have appropriate security rights.
Process
Create or open a Multi-Analysis Material Order.
Select Add Line and enter the item/description.
Select Workshop Ref from the Analysis Type dropdown.
Enter or select the workshop job card number in the Analysis field. Coins ERP+ validates that the workshop ref exists.
Enter the workshop cost type in the Cost Type field. Coins ERP+ validates that the workshop cost type exists.
Complete the line details.
Enter quantity.
Enter price.
Complete other required fields.
Save the line.
Process the Material Order as per usual process.
