December 2021 SP for Coins Analytics Updates
Set Extract Parameters
Go to System>Extracts>Extract Parameters.
%JCBUDGETS – First entry must be "initial" budget, second entry must be "current" and third entry must be "Forecast"
%JCHOURS – First entry must be units for "Hours"
Generate Entities
Go to System>Extracts>Entity Maintenance.
CoCompany
GLPeriod
JCJob
JCJobVal
This creates a JCJobValHist table in SQL
JCGroup
JCLocation
JCType
JCManager
Extract Tables to SQL
Go to System>Extracts>Extracts Maintenance.
Go to JCJobVal extract and make sure the Type is set to Period History.
Select the Extract and run Create SQL Table.
Select the Extract and run Extract Data.
Schema Specific Views:
Go to System>Extracts>Views.

Run Financial Date Extract Data for JCJobVal Extract
Select the Fiscal Date range that you want to see on your report
NOTE: After the Financial Data Extract is complete you do not need to run it again. However, you must extract the data for the JCJobVal extract monthly to keep the historic data up to date. It is recommended to create a scheduled extract for the JCJobVal Extract.
Go to System>Extracts>Extract Data and configure your JCJobVal table to extract monthly.

Go to System>Extracts>Reports.
When you open the template, you will be prompted to sign in to your SQL database.
