Development-specific house types allow you to set up details for house types that are different from the standard house types, or to set up new house types that are only used on a particular development.
You can use the same codes for different house types on different developments, or use codes for specific developments only, as an alternative to standard house types.
In the example below, when you create a plot of house type A on the development, it is based on the standard house type; if a plot of type C is created, it is based on the development-specific house type, even though there is a standard house type C. Types D and E are only used on the development on which they are set up.
