Development Maintenance Browse
Click the link for the required development.
Development Details
Go to the Plots tab.

Click the link for the required plot.
Go to the Details tab.
Details tab
Click Open (
). Enter the following information:
Field | Content | Comments | Buttons |
Garage/Parking: | Select | The type of garage/parking this plot has. |  |
Construction Method: | Select | The construction type. |  |
Programme: | Select | The code for the construction programme. |  |
Handing: | Select | The handing of the plot (whether the plot is As Drawing or Opposite Drawing). |  |
7. Click Save (
) when you have finished.
8. Click Next (
).
9. Continue to update all plots.
The address can be updated by Sales or Construction staff.
Bulk Update Plot Summary Details
Go to the Plots tab for a selected development.
Select multiple plots as below.

Click Multi (
).Plot Multi-Update
The image above does not include all updatable fields.
Use the Multi Update function for two or more plots to save time.
4. Click Save () when you have made your changes.
All the selected plots will be updated with the new values.
