SV Internal/Valuation Reconciliation Report

The unique ID of the Internal Valuation transaction is stored against the source record (Internal Transaction, PR Timecard, JC Timesheet, Plant Charge, etc.) to allow for reconciliation of billed and unbilled costs. A Internal/Valuation Reconciliation Report is available in Commercial Manager to show this data.

Populate Internal Transactions

Internal Valuation transactions can be populated from the following areas: Internal Valuation, Applications, and Certifications. These areas provide the Internal/Valuation Reconciliation Report with relevant transaction data.

Applications and Certifications

The following areas of Applications and Certifications accommodate the Internal/Valuation Reconciliation Report:

  • Copy Linked Application Measures (Certificates).

  • Populate Measures Actual Costs (Certificates).

  • Empty Applications/Certificates.

  • Manual Delete of Cost Transaction records.


Internal/Valuation Reconciliation Report

Menu Item

The Internal/Valuation Reconciliation Report is available on the Commercial Manager > [working Contract] > Reports > Valuations menu, as shown in Menu Item. This report shows data from Internal Valuation transactions and source transactions.

Selection Screen

When you select Internal/Valuation Reconciliation Report from the menu, the selection screen appears, as shown in Report Selection Screen.

Field Definitions

From/To Financial Period

Enter the period or range of periods to report on.

From/To Transaction Date

Enter the date or range of dates to report on.

Include Transactions

Select the transactions you want to report on: All, Billed, or Unbilled.

The following records can be found on the report when All is selected:

  • Source Transactions records for the selected Contract.

  • All the Internal Valuation transactions belonging to Certificates that have a non-blank source (if the Contract Sales Series uses Applications and Certificates or Certificates only).

  • All the Internal Valuation transactions belonging to Applications that have a non-blank source and were not copied to Certificates.

  • All the Internal Valuation transactions that have been populated by source transaction records but not associated with APP/CERT (unbilled).
