Complete CVRs was previously done manually and required a number of manual operations. A more automated process is able to manage CVRs that do not need a review each month. As a result, you can now concentrate on reviewing required CVRs without having to spend time processing CVRs with no movement.

The parameter CV/AUTOCOMPL (Auto Complete CVR after CVR Update) allows you to automatically Complete or Complete and Authorise CVRs once the CVR Update is finished and all Contract level CVR Item values defined in the List of Auto Complete Items field on the CVR Model are equal to zero.

When parameter CV/AUTOCOMPL is set, a List of Auto Complete Items field is displayed on the Setup > CVR Models screen, as shown in CVR Model Auto Complete Field. This field allows you to enter a list of Items that can be used for checking whether a CVR can be completed automatically once all defined CVR Items have zero values.

This List of Auto Complete Items field is also found in the Export CVR Setup and Import CVR Setup functions.

The CVR Workbench includes functionality that applies to the auto completion and authorisation of CVRs.

Complete with Auto Complete Condition and Authorise with Auto Compete Condition fields are found on the CVR Header, as shown in CVR Header. These fields default as ticked when the List of Auto Complete Items field is defined in the CVR Model.

You can create a new CVR from the CVR Workbench by using the Generate CVR (New) action and copy an existing CVR by using the Generate CVR (Copy Previous) action. The following fields are found on the action screens (see Generate CVR (New) Screen and Generate CVR (Copy Previous) Action):

A set of named filters is available at the bottom of the Contract CVRs browse if parameter CV/AUTOCOMPL is set, as shown in Contract CVRs Filters. These filters are:

*The Auto Authorised and Auto Completed and Authorised filters are only available if parameter CV/AUTOCOMPL is set to Completed and Authorised and parameter CV/WTAUTCVR is empty.

You can find Auto Complete and Auto Authorise fields on the Update CVR Items screen in CVR Workbench > select CVR > Options > Update CVR Items (see CVR Update with Auto Complete/Auto Authorise Fields).

The Auto Complete field is found on the Update CVR Items screen if parameter CV/AUTOCOMPL is set. When ticked, the CVR is set to Complete status after the CVR update is finished and:

The Auto Authorise field is found on the Update CVR Items screen if parameter CV/AUTOCOMPL is set to Complete and Authorise and parameter CV/WTAUTCVR is empty.

When ticked, the CVR is set to Authorised status after the CVR update is finished and:

If the Complete with Auto Complete Condition field is unticked, the Authorise with Auto Complete Condition field is disabled.

CVRs can be generated using the CVR Generate function under the CVR > Administration menu. The following fields may be displayed on the CVR Generate screen (see CVR Generate):
