Contracts Screen

From the ‘Contracts’ screen the user will be able to view all the contracts that have been made available to then.

Each Contract card will have the following details against them:

  • Contract Number & Name

  • Delivery Address

  • Navigation icon & distance to delivery address

  • Requisitions button

  • PO Receipts Button

If applicable, you have the option to select the ‘Navigationicon. This will open your devices maps application and show directions to the selected Contracts address.

From the top left of the screen the user can use the ‘Hamburger’menu (3 horizontal lines) to navigate their way to the following sections:

Hamburger Menu

  • Number of Completed GRN.

  • GRN’s that have been placed on hold.

  • Navigate to the Contracts screen.

  • View all Receipts that have been placed on hold (the user can resume them from this screen instead of having to search through the Contract, Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Items)

  • Summary – the user can view all the GRN’s that they have completed during their login session

  • ‘Info’ – to view the user general user and app setting.

  • Logout – provide the ability to logout of the app.
