You can view and manage your support tickets, track conversations, and access cases from the old portal directly in the Coins support portal.
Overview of ticket management
The Coins (Default) support portal provides tools to manage your support tickets and conversations efficiently. You can view current conversations, access ticket details, and continue discussions with the support team. You can also manage cases from the old portal through a dedicated link.
Access tickets in the new portal
Go to the My Access support portal.
Locate the widget or navigation menu on the screen.
Click the Tickets button to view all your open tickets.
Select a ticket to see its details and continue the conversation if needed.
Managing cases from the old portal
If you have cases that were opened in the old portal, you can still access and manage them:
Click the Support Cases link in the new portal, which takes you to the old portal.
