🔴 Employee State Pension Age (Defect 1772695)
The calculation of the employee state pension age was incorrect for the UK for the transition from 66 to 67 years. There was also an occasional single day discrepancy for Jersey and Guernsey for the transition from 65 to 67 years and 65 to 70 years respectively. These faults have now been corrected.

🔴 Spotler Connect Integration (Enhancement 1770818)
New functionality is now available for the integration with Spotler Connect, allowing integration to their Mail+ and MailPro products which will be replacing Communigator.

🟡 DM - Use of special characters in filenames (Defect 1802212)
When a file is saved to disk from Document Management (DM), the file name can be made of the description and other metadata. If any of the data used contained a special character (such as '&'), the image may fail to save or fail to be used in PDF generation (FOP). This has now been fixed.

Required updates to the Coins Configuration in version 12.04 could cause the COMDATA connection to fail. This has been fixed.

🟡 SC Subcontractor Maintenance (Defect 1770887)
A new named filter has been added to the Subcontractor Maintenance function to allow selection of accounts for a particular billing type only. All, Authenticated Receipt, Invoicing or Self Billing are the options.

🟡 Datafix syx9224 CB Description (Defect 1815676)
The datafix to restore the original Composite Description (syx9224) had a problem with the new description build for Source CB - this has been resolved by matching the Cost/Nominal Txn and GL Txn Descriptions for when using Source CB in the datafix query.

🟡 Load Employee Data (Enhancement 1739041)
The field RW_item can now include an optional year as part of the parameter instead of simply being for the latest year for the employee, which allows prior year YTD values to be amended using a load file.

🟢 Cross-Company Combined Ageing Reports - Current filtering (Defect 1769948)
The Supplier/Subcontractor filters were not being applied correctly for the Current reports. The filters are now applied to the associated queries consistently with other Cross-Company Combined Ageing Report queries. Regression testing also completed with non-Cross Company reporting, all good.

🟢 In-Line Report Generation (Defect 1814251)
A variable that stores a list of valid companies at the start of every report processing was being reset to a blank value during processing for a particular report generate program. This has now been fixed.

🟢 Cost Over VAP Budget RO Fields (Defect 1796015)
The methods used in workflows to determine whether the order results in the VAP budget being exceeded were not correctly taking into account uncommitted variation orders. This has now been fixed.

🟢 Closed Prospects on Kanban (Defect 1792785)
Reopened prospect records were remaining stuck in the Kanban column for closed prospects, even if events from other columns were run. This has been fixed.

🟢 GL Transactions RO field (Defect 1807981)
The following RO fields related to read-only fields were not always showing correct values:
RO_job_num, RO_poh_ovd, RO_gan_code, RO_faa_code, RO_avm_num, RO_avm_name, RO_rcm_num, RO_rcm_name, RO_sbm_code, RO_sbm_name.
This has now been fixed.

The Invoice and Payment (Shared Services) Enquiry has been changed to filter 'Open' invoices as the default option instead of 'All' invoices, in order to improve performance.

🟢 Hire Desk (Defect 1750392)
Previously, applying the "Specify rehirer" action when processing a hire created an unnecessary warning message for plant hires. This has now been corrected, and the warning only appears if the company has a restricted list of hire styles.
