🔴 Plant Allocation (Defect 573493)
In certain circumstances commitment of a VO could break the link between dispatch line and GRN leading to issues with Plant updating Allocation for the PO. This has been fixed and data fix %WSYX9178 added to correct existing link issues. Transfer of only part of a rehire dispatch has also been prevented.

🔴 GL Batch Header Debit Total update (Defect 1595766)
If the source of a GL Transaction was generated from a PL Credit Invoice, then the Debit Total in the GL Batch Header was not being calculated correctly. This was due to the mishandling of a negative value that was not being applied to the running total. This has now been fixed.

🔴 SC Certificates via ESB (Defect 1507759)
When creating SC Certificates via ESB, if a negative figure was entered against a breakdown line, the program would fail to calculate the "previous" and "this period" values correctly and they were at odds with the corresponding figures at detail level. This is now fixed.

Currency is now editable when the company has not been linked to other pre-existing records. Fixed issue where a new supplier will override company currency with supplier currency. Removed handling for checking if there were no checks against data.

🟡 Cross-Company Trial Balance Report (Defect 1626558)
The amounts output in the Cross-Company Trial Balance Report Net Change column were incorrect for several GL Accounts. This was due to incorrect Financial Period parameter values being used in the data retrieval. This has now been fixed.

🟡 Mobile Forms Images (Defect 1625554)
A change to mobile form image submission to make it more robust introduced an issue for images linked to the form but not a specific field of the form, and processed prior to the form submission. The issue has been corrected and a data fix added to correct data issues.

🟡 PL Invoice Enquiry - link to Invoice Entry Mode (Defect 1605806)
The PL Invoice Enquiry Option Menu link to Invoice Entry was failing to load the page in 'Entry' Mode - and therefore was not displaying the expected tabs, such as 'Matching', due to the page still being loaded in 'View' Mode. This has now been fixed.

🟡 Sales series records (Defect 1612680)
Users were unable to add new sales series records against a Contract, receiving the following error: "Unable to locate jc_job record in procedure getcss_cur_value css-rsp.p. [SY719]." This has now been fixed.

🟡 HS HB CRM Sales Staff (Defect 1631213)
An unexpected error sometimes appeared while adding a new sales staff member. This has now been fixed.

The Acknowledge Visit webservice was adjusted to perform a retry on record lock.

🟡 Job Card Post (Defect 1634982)
Validation was added to prevent moving cost from WIP in a period prior to it's entry to WIP. This check was including zero cost recharges when it shouldn't and it has been corrected to exclude them.

🟡 DM Default VAT code (Defect 1615222)
When processing a PL invoice through Optical Character Recognition (OCR), the VAT code was not being applied correctly based on the order header, contract and company parameter DEFVAT. This has now been fixed.

🟡 Hire Charge Calculate (Defect 1631687)
Hires that were flagged as charged where not being cleared from Existing Hires. Normally they are cleared at the same time as the charged flag was set, but old data could be a problem. This has been corrected.

🟢 JC CDR Labour and Plant tab Span Labels (Enhancement 1502886)
For CDRs with a Service Order linked, the logic for Span generation has been changed. If Cost Head is blank or Cost Head Short Description is blank, then <contract>.<service order> will be used.

The function "Balance Sheet Fix" in the GL Administration menu has been given the option to run in "report only" mode and not perform any corrections. In addition, the report content has been enhanced to include the values that need to be changed.

The Turnover tab in the Supplier, Customer and Subcontractor Enquiry was failing to display data from the periods of an extended year, such as when there are more than 12 periods in one or more of the displayed years. This has now been fixed.

Previously, when adding an extra line to a line assigned for rehire, if the line was left with no product selected, the next attempt to revisit triggered an error. This has now been fixed, and the error no longer appears.

🟢 Site Overheads Locking Issue (Defect 1618322a)
Users could still select 'Update Amount' for cells in the Site Overheads Matrix even when a period was locked. This has been fixed.

🟢 Payroll Employee Maintenance changing Any Field Value for General and Default Costing Change HR Status (Defect 1573439)
Payroll > Employee Maintenance changing any field value under General or Default Costing headings wrongly change the HR Status back to ACTIVE in Human Resources Personal Workbench. The expected behaviour it should not change the HR Status back to ACTIVE but keep it in line with the PR status. it affect all regions.
